The five most popular articles in 2023
Looking back at 2023, there were some interesting pieces of work and articles, for sure. All the way from the ice cold Arctic to the warm summer waters of the Swedish coast, we met with boating enthusiasts and fantastic experiences everywhere we travelled. We had a blast!

1st Place: "Sea to Summit - a ski adventure through the arctic"
The Sea to Summit movie was a mindblowing adventure, where Aksel Lund Svindal, Helene Olafsen and Kajsa Vickhoff Lie took us on a fantastic boating and randonée skiing/snowboarding trip. Where? In the Lyngen alps, way up in the Arctic Circle.
2nd Place: The Coupe 905 V12, "The Story behind the Beast"
Coupe 905 V12 is a vessel of admiration and high interest. Launched for the 2023 boating season, it was noticed for its performance and agility. The "Sea to Summit" movie showcased what the Coupe 905 could really do, and the boat definately earned the number two spot on our list of most popular reading pieces of 2023.
3rd Place: "The Scandinavian Midsummer"
The Scandinavian Midsummer is celebrated as a journey of light and positive feelings in the Nordics. On the brightest day of the year, Scandinavians join to celebrate the sun, the summer and the awesome nature around. We participated in the celebration with our article and movie in July, "The Scandinavian Midsummer".
4th Place: "The importance of maintenance"
Number four on the list is straight from the heart for a fully-fledged boating enthusiast. We elaborated on the importance of maintenance on boats and its engines to keep performance and looks.
5th Place: "Espen Thorup: Nordkapp's designer with a lifelong desire to create something new"
One of the top five pieces from the Journal in 2023 was our portrait interview with the grand designer of Nordkapp, Espen Thorup. He has spearheaded the Nordkapp look for over 30 years and here, he tells us how it all started. This is the story of Espen Thorup and Nordkapp Boats.
